He entered the service Spetember 21 1917 at Fergus Falls, MN. He was sent to Camp Dodge, Iowa and then transferred to Camp Pike, Arkansas, and to Camp Greene, North Carolina. He was a member of Co. L, 47th Infantry, and went overseas May 9, 1918. He was wounded July 29 at Sergy, France and died from his wounds August 7, 1918. | ||
